It is always best to write a post like this, with clear indications of what you were setting out to achieve, and how you had to tackle challenges, together with technical details. Good work planning the room booking, recruiting extra cast and prepping them, as well as tackling the (always difficult) sound issues. Perhaps you would like to use the department's external mike next time?
